Does it work with Shopify and WooCommerce?
Yes. Retailist Cloud works with Retailist Desktop, and is being prepared as a Shopify app and a WooCommerce plugin, so supported store records can be protected from the admin you already use.
What does recovery require?
Recovery depends on the contents of the backup, the supported restore workflow and access to the required keys. Managed storage is a planned service, distinct from local and customer owned backup destinations.
